OLD LIONS AND THE SALARY

Suddenly, corporate life running on the right track and suddenly people are taking long breathe for a better salary and perks. Companies are ready to pay more money and showing that they are come up with the recession factor. But on the other side we are finding that old employees are still doing struggle to find their real place in the companies.

Placement in MBA colleges with higher packages giving peaceful relief to the new student but on the other hand old employees finding themselves that they got cheated with the management and the time factor.

From last three years students who have done MBA from colleges was worried for their placement and due to helplessness they selected the small pay-roll jobs at that moment. But now if we can talk about the career growth rate in employee then we find that the speed is get slow down as compare to fresher.

Companies have to understand the people who are working with the company from last 1-2 years has to increase the their salary part.  The HRA and Basic Allowance have to be increase. I am asking to all people who are working with low salary have to raise the voice for salary part. If the companies want to rise then please give support to your old lions that keep the companies alive at the time of recession. Old employees not only want respect and value but also want the money to live better. Only respect and value is not fulfill the primary need of life.

Please give your vote on my thoughts if you find it correct and please share your thoughts with me.. The digital marketing is platform where we can put our words in front of corporate rulars.

Thanks and Regards

Kuch Pal

Yeh Kuch Pal yaado me badal jate hai,
Barish ki bundo me sab kahi kho jaate hai,
Akhon se aansu niklte nhi, akelepan me kahi kho jate hai,
Dard bhi hai kahi man me zara sa, logo ko batane se dar jaate hai.

Hanskar kabhi dekha to laga ki khoobsurat hai zindgi,
Jyada muskurane se bhi lab kabhi kabhi dar jate hai,
Zindgi lagati hai alag akeli, badi khamosh si,
Fir bhi logo ko isse jhutlane me sadiyon lag jate hai.

Mano ya na mano badi alag hai zindgi,
Isse jine me kai sadiyon lag jate hai,
Dosti, pyar aur jasbaat ke rang me dube hai sab,
Sab dikhave pan se chhip jate hai.

Khushiyon ke ehsas me, duri hai purane tasveeron si,
Khoye si hai yeh zindgi aapne sapno me,
Shanti ki talash hai, man ke kisi kone me,
Zindgi me bhi yeh kuch pal, kabhi kabhi yaad aa jate hai....

SEEMA - The limit is unlimited everywhere....

'SEEMA' the word in hindi means 'boundary'. In todays world you find SEEMA everywhere, like SEEMA in happiness, SEEMA in feeling good, SEEMA in speaking truth, etc.We are bounding ourselves to think beyond such SEEMAs.These SEEMAs provoke us to think beyond SEEMAs like shall we make corruption free society which is bounded with  people like our ministers, police and businessman.

Beyond fear there is a freedom which is again you find with the help of SEEMA. SEEMA make us concentrated and provoke us to be blasted and to be get limitless and fearless.. Just for moment think you are a small kid and you want to enjoy every moment and want to know what is going on to you..
Most of the time our elders sketch some SEEMAs in our mind and small kid always break these SEEMAs with the help of curiosity and dare..

So now what you are thinking people? Start break these SEEMAs with the help of your confidence, love, care and fight. Believe in your own and love yourself that no one ever loved you like that and care yourself that no one has done to you and fight like tiger to every situation or we can say to every SEEMAs.

Think that you are getting a last chance to perform yourself in the life. Feel that the present problem is the last situation to fight, after that you will get SHITIJ where the SEEMAs can dissolved in a straight line where ever pulses comes on zero.

Now you guys are thinking that why I am saying very big things to you, have ever I applied on myself??  No guys! the think is even I have just start thinking to become a SEEMA mukt person. So lets start doing work on our SEEMAs.

Bye and take care

Good Morning for a new start...

Indian Companies and their work culture

One day I was travelling in a metro in Delhi and I heard one little conversation. The middle age gentleman was saying to one of his freind on a phone that he is looking for a job and looking for a good work culture. I was surprised because the age of person was about 40-42. I am sure that he has his family wherein he has kids of my age. He was tensed for the job and was confused at the time of mid age.

I was start thinking that the companies are really want only money from the employees in the return of some pea nuts. Why China, Japan, Korea or any other country is growing and coming up with new products and better economy. The reason behind the success is and development is Love, Care and Respect given by the company or we can say the senior authority of the company.

In the support of my words I would like to add on some points which my boss told me one day when we went for a meeting together. He told me that he is surprised by the committment of the employees who work in other countries and told me one incident. When he went to China for the deal one lady who was in Russia came to China to meet him after long and continious journey. She had given her 100 percent towards the company and deal had been done with my boss.

Now the question came in my mind is why she come from Russia after just completion of exhibiton to the China to meet my boss. The answer is love towards work and the companies growth. Another thing is the support given by the company. Compnay is ready to provide her every sort of facilities so that she can do her work very easily and effectivily.

The 80-85% people of India is always run for a good job culture. However the people are getting the handsome salary but not the job satisfaction.  There are so many possible ways to come up with the problem , like job rotation, new training program, etc.

I hope very soon top management of Indian Companies will understand the importance of love, care, respect towards the employee..
